About Bianca

Hi, I'm Bianca

Emotions and behaviors have always been interesting to me and I’ve come to recognize my desire is to understand why people feel, think, and do things the way they do without a need to attack or judge. Over the years I have learned that culture, community, life experiences, and social structures have a lot to do with how we see the world. I am here to help recognize the lens that forms your perspectives so that can learn how to adjust your lens to form new perspectives that include more ways of seeing things.

After spending years in the mental health industry and burning out right at the time I obtained my clinical license, I decided to try something different. I entered a research-based development team where I learned the foundation to developing quality clinical models of care while working with industry partners with a wide range skills and knowledge. Needless to say this was a learning curve and I was inspired, but never wanted to lose my special sauce, my clinical skills. So, I transitioned into the consultant and coaching world where I learned to balance my skills of clinical development, project management, and clinician. And I also learned how to developed a few new skills along the way including adult learning theories, training skills and partnerships that allowed me to connect with professionals in a new way while still making an impact with people in need. However, I still had bigger dreams and was eventually motivated to build something incredible without the red tape of the insurance companies, organizational constraints, or bureaucracy. I decided to take all my life experience, education, and career knowledge to offer high quality services that help people.

My goal is simply to support you in reaching your desired quality of life.

Everyone has a story, and I get it...

Sometimes our view can be limited and we stay in cycles that are not good for us. I grew up in an environment where acknowledging emotional pain was seen as a sign of weakness.
As a result, when I was younger, I struggled to recognize when I needed help and how to get it. We normalize feeling broken and accept it as a badge of honor. I know what it’s like to:

  • Lose both parents
  • Feel like giving up
  • Be hurt by someone you love
  • Make mistakes
  • Experience heartbreak
  • Trust the wrong people
  • Be the only person like me on the team/in the room
  • Lose a sibling
  • Let go of something because you had to even though you didn’t want to
  • Experience childhood trauma
  • Be Afraid
  • Feel stuck
  • Experience family change due to parental divorce
  • Lose everything and have to start over

Experiencing deep pain is unavoidable. But with hard work, you can heal, learn, and evolve who you are. You don’t have to carry that pain. Don’t stay there! Your strength and power are not in being broken, figuring it out alone, or being in the constant battle of you vs. everyone!
