Once you reach out with interest to start therapy or coaching, we will schedule a 15-consultation call. This call will allow me to better understand your needs and make a decision on if I am the right fit for you. What is accomplished during that call is learning more about you, answering questions you have, and providing a brief overview about my approach. At that point, we will decide if we will move forward and schedule your first session.
Getting Started
As we approach your first session, you will be tasked a few things. You will be invited to your secure client portal that manages appointments, documentation, and billing. Your appointment will already be scheduled, and you will receive a text message and email reminder, so you’re all set there. You will now need to complete all paperwork in your portal electronically and enter your payment information. You will not be charged until the day of your session. The day of your first session is the beginning of your journey by telling your story from childhood up until today and setting a goal. Congratulations on starting your new journey!
Follow Up Sessions
Following your first session, your treatment is in full motion. You will schedule 50 minute sessions 1-2 weeks apart. You are always welcome to schedule sooner appointments as needed. Since therapy is a collaborative process, you will be frequently engaged in sessions and at times you will receive check-ins and work to focus on between sessions.
